Our Renew Wellbeing Café is a homely space of welcome and inclusion for the local community, a quiet shared space where it’s ok not to be okay. This also operates as a Warm Space for those struggling to heat their homes this winter. For details of local Warm Spaces, go to www.warmwelcome.uk
The café will be open every Tuesday from 9.30 a.m. to 11.30.a.m. in the Community Hall next to the church. When the weather is good we will access the hall through the garden gate with covered outdoor seating as well as indoor seating.
It is set up like a regular café, there are hot and cold drinks available as well as biscuits and maybe some cake! In addition there will be different hobbies and activities to share and join in with if you want to. Anyone can suggest an activity, share a hobby, learn a new skill and make connections.
We also have a quiet space which is open to all and where we will hold two short prayer times. This is for people of any faith or of no faith and you only join in if you want to.
It is all free although donations are gratefully accepted.
The Cafe may have a break during holiday times. More information on breaks will be in our newsletter.
